Very excited to be joining fellow Here Lies Love'rs for a medley of Here Lies Love numbers at The Public Theater's annual gala at the Delacorte Theater this upcoming Monday! This year's gala, titled Hair to Hamilton, will celebrate 50 years of revolutionary musicals at The Public. Both honored and incredibly stoked to visit a favorite of mine on the Delacorte stage in Central Park!

Spring has sprung!
It has been quite a busy spring season that I'm quite surprised to sit down and reflect on everything I've done in the last few months!
Throughout the fall and winter, I collaborated with two other actors from Scorched to write and produce our all women's cabaret, In The Boys' Club. We toured the San Francisco area for a week in late February to sold-out shows at Martunis and PianoFight! We also debuted the show in NYC on March 20 to a roaring house of laughter and tears at The Laurie Beechman Theatre. ITBC is currently making plans for future shows in NYC and the surrounding areas.
Shortly after, I started rehearsals for a new and modern adaptation of Lysistrata! Our wild and wacky, sometimes raunchy, but surely moving production ran from April 29 through May 7 at Bushwick's Temporary Storage gallery. Directed and adapted by Lily Riopelle with original songs by Cody Owen Stine, our fresh take on Lysistrata called on women AND men to take action in whatever way they can. We hope it spoke to the folks feeling helpless during this presidency.
NEXT UP: I'll be performing at Joe's Pub for a concert of music composed by Rebekah M. Allen on Monday, May 22 at 7pm. More information coming soon!

Dragons, Bakeoffs, and an EP! Oh my!
October was the world premiere of Scorched, a fairytale derailed. It ran for five performances at the John Cullum Theater at the American Theater of Actors. Written and produced by Molly Houlahan, Benji Goldsmith, and Yuvika Tolani. I had a blast playing the perfect princess-not-princess Margaret, following her best friend and love interest, Prince Edward, into the forest, where he falls in love with a two-headed dragon. Anything can happen after the fire!
I am currently working on a staged reading of Welcome To Shoofly, a hilarious musical romp written by Johnathan Lee, Justin Anthony Long and Joanna Burns, with music by Joanna Burns, Amanda Duncan, Lee and Long. This delicious musical about a bakeoff gone awry in a small, southern town is being presented at the Playwrights Horizon South Studios on Tuesday, November 15 at 1pm and 4pm. More info can be found HERE!
And finally, my band Over The Pass has just recently released our first single! Not Sorry can now be streamed via Apple Music and iTunes, Band Camp, and Google Play (soon to be available on Spotify). Our EP - Time Display - will be released this coming December. Stay tuned for more.
Till next time!
The Last Word at New York Musical Festival!
This summer I've been working on The Last Word, a new musical by Brett Sullivan, that premiered last week at the New York Musical Festival! My NYMF debut! It's a fun 70's story about a bunch of misfits trying to save a family restaurant by playing -- SCRABBLE. Apart from the amazingly talented cast of Broadway, national tours, and tv/film actors, the creative team is equally outstanding and a joy to work with!
There are only two performances left: Friday, July 29th at 5pm and 9pm. Tickets can be purchased at NYMF.org or TheLastWordMusical.com. Don't miss it!
